The Carriage Shoppes Tea Room is a cozy, historic former livery stable located in quaint downtown Elizabeth, Colorado (30 minutes from Monument.
Cost of the tea is $37 (includes tax & gratuity), and includes

Those who'd like can allow time to do a little shopping at the adjacent Carriage Shoppes, which feature approximately 25 local artists in a rustic setting.
