JOINT BOARD MEETING

The outgoing board will meet with the incoming board for an information sharing session.  We will provide a few light snacks and water. Pam C and Nancy will wrap up their year, then Shelley and Pam will take over. We would like everyone from both boards to stay as long as necessary to meet with their counterparts and exchange information. We are working on a draft budget for the year and Pam Acuff, operations treasurer, will be available to meet with each committee chair to answer any questions and make any adjustments in your budget.

We plan to have small tables set up for current and new chairs to sit and talk so please bring your thumb drives, folders, poliies and any other information you have to share. We’d like to review everyone’s policies so current board members please take a look at yours and have any recommendations for changes or additions. New chairs can then take a look and recommend changes they’d like to incorporate before the September board meeting where we will vote on any changes. We will be walking around talking about our expectations for each position and answering any questions you may have.

We would like to get a new board photo for the website so dress accordingly.
