It's time to get together for our May Wine Sip & Share!
Hello, Wine Sip & Share Ladies! This month's hosts Sandy Mangiarelli, Carol Costakis, and Sue Leggiero invite you to join us at Sandy's home for a celebration of Spanish wines to get us in a summery mood! Olé!
We'll taste and learn about a variety of wines from different regions of Spain:
- First, a welcoming taste of Cava - a Spanish sparkling wine. Cava is made the same way that Champagne is produced, but with different grapes.
- Second, an Albarino - a crisp white wine from Albarino grapes, which are indigenous to northwestern Spain
- Third, a Rioja - a red wine that is made from a blend of grape varieties primarily from north central Spain
- And, finally, a home-made Sangria using a Garnacha - a fruity red wine, and a few other delightful surprises.
** All wines will be served with carefully selected food pairings.

The cost for this event is $15, payable when you arrive. Please pay by cash or check (payable to Sandy Mangiarelli).

Wine is purchased in advance. Please provide as much advance notice as possible if you RSVP and can't make it. If we aren't able to fill your spot or you aren't able to give advance cancellation notice, we ask that you pay the fee to help cover the wine cost. Thank you!
